Mental Skills

Oh, this will be a fun series. I think being mental is an adaptation for Randonneuring. It works for me. I just sit on the same two sit bones on my butt for many hours, hunched over, leaning on my arms and shoulders, with my legs going round and round, thinking happy thoughts. Sometimes thinking not so happy thoughts. Sometimes thinking not very clearly thinking thoughts. Sometimes thinking what the hell was I thinking thoughts...and so on.
